Place the appliance in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label which you must print and securely attach to the exterior of your package.

Inspection and Refund

After our quality control team inspects the returned unit, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
